While we strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current, complete, or error-free. Property availability, prices, and terms are subject to change without notice.
Property listings may be provided by third-party developers, property owners, or other real estate agencies. We act as intermediaries and are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party information. All property transactions are subject to separate purchase agreements and legal documentation.
Virtual tours, photographs, and renderings may not reflect the current state of properties, especially for off-plan developments. We recommend conducting physical inspections before making any purchase decisions.
5. Financial Terms and Commission
Our commission structure is transparent and competitive within the Dubai real estate market:
- Property sales: Commission as agreed in the exclusive listing agreement
- Property purchases: Buyer consultation fees as disclosed upfront
- Rental services: Standard agency fees as per RERA guidelines
- Property management: Monthly management fees as specified in service agreements
All fees and commissions are clearly disclosed before service commencement. Additional costs such as Dubai Land Department fees, legal fees, and inspection costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms vary by service type and are specified in individual service agreements. Late payment charges may apply as per UAE commercial law.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with UAE data protection laws and regulations. Our collection, use, and storage of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Real Estate Dubai and its employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for:

- Delays in property transactions due to external factors beyond our control
- Information provided by third parties including developers, property owners, or government entities
- Technical issues with our website or online platforms that may affect service delivery
Our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount of fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on our website and marketing materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Real Estate Dubai or our licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without express written permission. Property photographs and descriptions may be used only for personal viewing purposes and may not be used for commercial purposes without authorization.
9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through the following process:
- First, through direct negotiation between the parties
- If unsuccessful, through mediation conducted by a mutually agreed mediator
- As a last resort, through the competent courts of Dubai, UAE
Real estate-specific disputes may also be subject to RERA dispute resolution procedures as applicable under UAE law.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, applicable law, or business practices. Material changes will be communicated through our website and email notifications to registered users.
Continued use of our services after the effective date of modified Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate service agreements with appropriate notice as specified in individual contracts. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.
Upon termination, your access to our services will cease, but these Terms will continue to apply to any outstanding obligations or liabilities.
